Location

The location is a garden apartment - there is outdoor seating for socializing (if warm enough) and a medium-large room inside where we screen the movies.

The movies are shown indoors on a 58" Panasonic 1080P HDTV accompanied by a 5-speaker Orb Audio sound system. We keep the viewing room dark and the movies loud.

(note: the movies are free, of course, and are provided on a best-effort basis. technical difficulties may always occur - we will have a party regardless, even if we are reduced to watching Nickelodeon all evening)

Hope You Can Make It!

    •  I had a great time. Thanks for your hard work and your hospitality.
    •  I didn't actually watch many of the movies, but it was great to see people (and dogs) again! I'm looking forward to the next one.
    • no show: pay $10 online or $15 at the door
Very enjoyable! Talked with interesting, smart people over delicous eats in a spacious garden apartment...and then we all watched a movie on a huge screen. (Wish it had been a different movie, but oh well!) Still, a great time!

A great evening of conversations and movies! Special thanks to our gracious hosts/organizers Rich, John, and Dan!
    •  These events are run so thoroughly well! And there is a really warm feeling among participants. No matter when someone throws in the towel and starts gathering up for leaving it is always met with good natured ritual protesting strongly urging reconsideration. What could make you feel better than that? Well, okay maybe several things; but still, it's pretty cool.
    •  Well organized event by one of the best organizers. Members are very friendly and nice.
    •  Very well organized and a nice group of people
    •  nice atmosphere, great hosts and good food!
