It's that time of the year again - the weather gets warmer and the New Yorkers come out and play.
Join us for the LAST / FINAL / ULTIMATE Monday evening/night on the grass at Bryant Park.
From 5PM till sunset we will be picnicing, socializing, drinking and gearing up to watch a great movie.
After sunset the film starts on a huge screen right in front of us under the stars in the fresh air as we continue to eat and drink a little more quietly.
Remember, this is a POTLUCK so bring food, drink and, if you can, a cloth blanket/huge towel/sheet ( NO plastic tarps nor any type of chair. ) Some suggestions for items to bring are: pizza, wine ( NOT wine product), cold beer, take-out Thai or Chinese, fresh fruit or melon, deli sandwiches, DESSERTS, etc. Of course you can show up and ask what is needed and then be pointed to a local shop but no free-loaders allowed.
I NEED a bunch of people each week to assist in securing enough space/land for all to sit and use while eating and watching the movie so please, if you can make it to Bryant Park by 4:55PM ( NOT A MINUTE LATER ) then say so when answering one of the RSVP questions. Without enough space gotten at exactly 5:00PM, there can be no fun starting at 5:01PM ( seriously, the lawn FILLS up BEFORE 5:01PM ). It IS possible for you to assist at 4:55PM, leave and then return later in the evening to join in on the picnic.
RSVP policies in full affect ( with the ADDED stipulation that if you say you WILL be there at 4:55PM for the Land-Grab and then simply show up later without changing that RSVP-answer before noon on the day of the event, you WILL be considered a late-changer).
This is a NON-SMOKING event. If you need to take a puff, please do it far away from the group.
If you have any questions and/or comments, simply send me a note.

Great movie, and a fun, interesting group of people. I only wish I could have done another one of these Bryant park movie meetups, but, hey there's next year...
